Hadad’s Lake lies dormant today, a group of kids from the YMCA splash in the pool and jump of the rope swing, Lite 98 echoes across the vast man-made lake, and gray clouds loom over head. But as gray as those clouds might be, its nothing compared to the storm that is about to descend upon the privately owned water park 20 minutes south of RVA. The oncoming storm has a name: Best Friends day.
